On November 9, 2009, the Ministry of Agriculture(Ministry hereforth) has issued the Written Decision of Administrative Penalty ((2009, MOA）Veterinary Drug Punishment No.11), to implement the administrative punishment on Shandong Qifa Pharmacy Co. Ltd. for the violation of the Administrative Regulations on Veterinary Drug to produce fake veterinary drugs. The Ministry has revoked the Veterinary Drug Production Certificate (（2006）Veterinary Drug Production Certificate No.15179) of Shandong Qifa Pharmacy Co. Ltd
In accordance with Item 6 of Article 18 in the Measures of Administration on Approval Number of Veterinary Drug, the Ministry has cancelled the 19 approval numbers of the Product, and withdrawn the Veterinary Drug Production Certificate ((2006) Veterinary Drug Production Certificate No.15179) and Certificate of GMP in Veterinary Drugs Production ((2006)GMP for Veterinary Drugs Production Certificate No. 587) of Shandong Qifa Pharmacy Co. Ltd. Meanwhile, in accordance with Item 4 of Article 70 in the Administrative License Law of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry has cancelled the above-mentioned two production certificates of Shandong Qifa Pharmacy Co. Ltd.This announcement shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
