From October 25 to 28, the International Conference on Agricultural Civilization Studies 2025 was held in Yangling, Shaanxi Province. The conference was co-hosted by the National Agricultural Exhibition Center (China Agricultural Museum) and the Administrative Committee of Yangling Demonstration Zone. Jiang Wensheng, Member of the Party Leading Group and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of China, and Xu Mingfei, Vice Governor of Shaanxi Province, attended the conference and delivered remarks. Twenty renowned experts from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and China delivered keynote addresses. 

Adopting the theme “Root and Rejuvenation”, the conference featured a roundtable discussion titled “Passing on the Wisdom of Chinese Agricultural Civilization and Innovating Contemporary Rural Revitalization”, two main sessions on “Chinese Agricultural Civilization Studies” and “Studies on Chinese Agricultural Classics”, and seven parallel sessions. Participants engaged in academic talks and shared research findings on a wide range of topics, including the origins of agricultural civilization, agricultural history, agricultural classics, agricultural heritage, rural revitalization, modern agricultural and rural development, and digital empowerment. 

More than 180 experts, scholars, and students from universities and research institutions across China participated in the conference.
