According to the Seed Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Administrative Measures of the Examination on Quality Testing Agencies of Crop Seeds, the Ministry of Agriculture (henceforth “the Ministry”), upon examination, has approved the Tianjin Supervision and Testing Center on Crop Seeds of the Ministry and eight other agencies, provided with the essentials and capability to provide services on corps seed testing to the public, as Qualified Seed Testing Agency, with the issuance of the Certificate of Corps Seed Testing of People’s Republic of China. The Ministry, thereby, has allowed the approved Seed Testing Agency to use the logo of Qualified Crop Seed Testing within the scope of inspection.
